Re-usable sandwich wraps and snack bags.

I've been sewing feverishly for a local holiday bazaar. Cats and raccoons are made from felted sweaters.

Wonky 9 patch in progress

My husband and I started this wonky nine patch a while ago and haven't worked on it lately. I wanted to post this so we don't forget about it entirely.

Butterfly wings

I made these wings for my daughter after making a bunch of concentric circles and scanning and printing them.

tan grams with paste paper

I made a lot of paste paper on a recent trip to my folks house and decided to make something for the kids. I glued the paste paper to cereal box and cut out the shapes from a template. Then I covered each piece with packing tape and attached a magnet to the back

You will need some kind of spray ink. I used food color in a spray bottle. Absorbent paper works best.

Working together

Oil pastels, colored pencils, and markers were used by three artists to create this piece. Claire was very interested in the purple colored pencil in the background.
Emily mostly used black which is one of her favorite colors to use when painting also.

A card I made for a friend. Mostly stitched.

stuff I've been doing with the kids

The on one the left is a crayon drawing of Claire's I thought looks like a red barn in a green field. The other is a collaboration between both girls and I it is an art journal the pages are crayon resist with watercolors and are bound with a rubber band and stick.
